So you want to torture your legs?

Perfect. I think we can be friends.

On the morn of leg day I was reading through a few different training websites (as you do) and happened to come across this one http://www.soheefit.com/ .
I liked the way this girl wrote and her views on training so I decided to sign up to her blog updates.
On a side note I think it’s really important to always look for more knowledge, read, network and try new things.
So one of the first things that pops into my email was the suggestion of this ‘ leg finisher’.
What really spurred me on was her comment “Who in their sick mind prescribed this workout?!”. Sounds like a doozy!
After an already brutal leg session I threw this  into the mix afterwards. Let’s just say it’s day 2 and my butt and adductors are still hating on me.

Anyway here it is. I’m passing the challenge along.
Thanks Sohee for the torture!

In her words.

So it went a little like this.

3 kettlebell swings
3 kettlebell goblet squats
6 kettlebell swings
6 kettlebell goblet squats
9 kettlebell swings
9 kettlebell goblet squats
12 kettlebell swings
12 kettlebell goblet squats
15 kettlebell swings
15 kettlebell goblet squats
12 kettlebell swings
12 kettlebell goblet squats
9 kettlebell swings
9 kettlebell goblet squats
6 kettlebell swings
6 kettlebell goblet squats
3 kettlebell swings
3 kettlebell goblet squats

In other words, I had her do a swing and squat ladder.

Doesn’t seem so bad, right? In fact, it probably looks a little easy.

But here’s the kicker: NO REST between any of the sets.

Here’s what I mean.

This is me.
With extreme facials.
One of them laughing not in joy but in pain.
You know what that’s like if your sick enough.
